Some of you may have seen this on LinkedIn last week, but for those who missed it, here's a quick introduction.

Bartosz Bartmanski, Anuraag Saini, and I have built an open, curated, LLM-assisted publication library under the ISOP AI/ML Special Interest Group: a structured, searchable map of publications where AI/ML has been applied in pharmacometrics, classified by regulatory application (aligned with Liu et al., CPT 2023) and ML methodology, with LLM-generated summaries for quick orientation.

And here's something we're sharing with the ISOP community: we've just added a hands-on tutorial. It walks you through the paper extraction pipeline from scratch: how PubMed queries are constructed, how results are retrieved and parsed, and how you can customize it for your own purposes.
