Recent actions by the current administration in the USA have impacted many colleagues, affecting livelihoods, halting research funding, and causing uncertainty in scientific institutions. The International Society of Pharmacometrics (ISoP) remains committed to supporting the pharmacometrics community, and to our mission to advance and promote pharmacometrics, driving innovation and scientific excellence to develop safe, effective therapies for global health improvement.
We believe supporting scientific endeavors is vital for advancing knowledge and improving global health. ISoP will continue to advocate for the indispensable contributions made by our members and for the importance of supporting scientific research.
Embracing a wide range of perspectives and backgrounds in the scientific community enables innovative approaches and groundbreaking discoveries. Multifaceted and well-supported evidence, from basic research to clinical trials, strengthens our ability to understand complex health issues and develop effective therapies and prophylaxes. A breadth of perspectives is, thus, essential to enhancing global health outcomes.
